API for Salesforce and other CRMS

Importing .csv files is slow and the time lapse of data from Just Giving means there is a delay in communicating with our supporters. A direct API call for charities would be much more efficient and help charities give up to date communication. This lean forward approach would highly likely be beneficial for both charities and yourselves.

    The Data API is a private API for use by

    • Charities

    • CRM software providers offering a service to charities

    The API returns the data charities traditionally download from their JustGiving charity account in XML or JSON format. The data sets include

    • Payment Report (Donations only)

    • Payment Report (Gift Aid only)

    • Fundraising Pages Created Report

    The API also allows a charity to SET or GET custom codes to given events or fundraising pages
