Provide help to charity members - not just a library of help topics that don't address real issues

As a charity that pays £18 a month to use JustGiving plus commission on every donation taken, I would expect more than just an online help page with no option to speak directly on the phone to anyone and no live chat option.  I urgently need to log into my charity account but can't and have spent the last hour trying to get in touch with you. I work for a tiny charity with only two members of staff and we can't afford to spend so much time trying to do a simple task like logging into our account.  I am considering leaving JustGiving, as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OF, despite the fact that you are making money out of our fundraising activity.  It's unethical.
