Refund report

It would be useful to be able to get a regular report showing the number of refunds made that month and the reason for each refund - there have been a lot of duplicate donation issues recently but we can't easily distinguish them from genuine refunds (i.e. those requested by a supporter) when they come through on the payment report

    Hi Catherine,

    Pleased to say that today we shipped a new Donations Refund report. It is a similar report to our established reporting console so should hold no surprises, but will detail, for the time frame you set, any donations made that have been subsequently refunded to the donor.

    If you log into the charity account you can find this under the Reports tab.
