We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

Add gifts from a fundraising page to the fundraiser's record, rather than creating hundreds of constituents with just one gift on!!

Blackbaud links as a plugin has far more flexibility and functionality for the charity to choose how JG supporters are reflected in RE. The NXT integration is very poor in comparison. Please, please give us the choice of where gifts are recorded.

    There are a lot of features that the NXT integration doesn't yet have compared to the BBlink for JustGiving which we utilise and wouldn't want to do without. I hope this is resolved before the current plugin becomes unsupported.

    Agree! The NXT functionality is no where near BBLinks yet which is disappointing as the features it's lacking are so crucial to supporters and their journeys!

    Definitely would be great for there to be a choice - the organisation I work for prefers to record gifts on the donor's record with a soft-credit to the fundraiser instead.
