Ability to download FR Page stories

Want to analyse the text the fundraiser is using to tell their story to their networks, but currently would have to scrape the story from the URL. Be great if it was a column in the Fundraising Page Reports to download. Even better if it was separated from any 'default' stories supplied by the charity.

Hi Jamie, I was on a seminar about text analysis to identify fundraisers' relationship to cause and motivations of giving. This showed how more people are attracted by the event vs the charity or the cause. If we had this insight about our fundraisers we could test sign up rates and ROI against these fundraiser personas.

Yeah I can see the point about the size of the files, I don't think it would need all the data of the Fundraising report alongside it however, if I was pulling it I might want minimised data like campaign/ event name, post code, custom codes perhaps, (etc) rather than all the contact data. So it could be a separate report and perhaps one that we could request on a more ad hoc basis. I don't know how other charities would use it however.

TBH, if I could have it as a one off, perhaps with a year or 3 years' worth to start with, it might be that we get such a definitive result one way or the other we don't need regular access to it. But when I was asking Support they directed me here. If that's a better option for you/r team, I can go through the fields in detail and feedback what we'd ideally want. Thanks for the quick response

    Hi Caroline,

Thanks for the suggestion. Technically it would be possible, but it would put a lot of data (ie text) into those reports. Can you outline please for me how you might use that copy/text to good effect?

    Thanks

    Jamie
