We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

JustGiving Campaign failed donation doesn't send donor back to the Campaign page.

When a campaign donation doesn't complete (i.e. the donor entered something incorrectly) they get an email directly from JustGiving alerting them to try again (which is great) but the link sends them to the Charity's main JustGiving page not back to the Campaign page. We fortunately only had one active campaign going so we know how to process it but we had to update the fund and appeal and then enter it on the Campaign page as an offline donation. If they had gotten redirected back to the campaign page this could be avoided.
