Allow Charity Admins to be able to hide donation amounts of supporters

I have a few donors that didnt know they had to mark their donation as anonymous during the transaction process. Feels inapproriate to have to task the donor with doing the work themselves to go back and edit their donation, when its my role to manage the campaign page for them.
