Thank you for the suggestion. In order to create and provide a consistent web experience for our millions of fundraisers and donors, we try to keep the way information is displayed on our site reasonably uniform and accessible. To that end, we don't allow for HTML or formatting as we'd prefer a consistent, flat experience. Particularly for mobile users that make up the majority of our traffic.
We do offer charities some bespoke features such as wallpapers or background colours, but again served within the framework of our standard campaign and fundraising pages. That consistent user experience is something that has served us well to date and so I'm afraid this won't be a feature request we pursue.
