Make reports available for longer than a year

I just realized that reports (both donation and fundraiser) can only be pulled as far back as 364 days from the present day. This is a huge issue. This means there is absolutely no way to see donations or fundraisers from longer than a year ago. We now have to pull reports regularly and archive the spreadsheets in order to retain that information, which means we have to create a secondary, internal system for reports. I don't understand the advantage of having a report feature that has a time limit for an organization's data.


Please change the Report settings to have no limits on how far back we can pull reports.

    Hi there Tara,


    I'm sorry but that's not the case. We limit any report to a 12 month period, but it is possible to go back and select any date (12 months max). The reason we do this is to limit the size of the data returned as over a year's worth of data can result in thousands of lines of data.
