Hi there - you can. Are these QR codes you are generating or the ones that we provide you in the product?
In short, if you add &reference=[reference] to the donation URL that sits behind the QR code any donation made will have that reference applied to it and then that reference will appear in your donation reports in the ThirdPartyReference column.
