We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

Access to donation receipts

The organization should be able to resend the email/ tax receipt to a donor. I know the donor can log in and look it up, but when you're on the phone with a donor, it will enable better customer service if you can do it then and there.

    I am in 100% agreement with the comment made above. I now have several donors who made gifts via JustGiving, asking for copies of their receipts. Many o f them are elderly and not able to follow directions on how to navigate the JustGiving site. It's much easier to just send them a copy, as we do with Blackbaud Merchant Services donations.
