Send notifications to a webhook when a donation happens

It would be useful to be able to trigger some automation when a donation comes in to a fundraiser, if JG could send a notification to some webhook, rather than needing to have an external service constantly polling the API for updates

    Does anybnody know if there was an update on this, or how it is possible to receive (immediatre) notification of a donation? I'm not tech, but notice you mention external service constantly polling - so it is possible, but you need to create constant calls? Any further info appreciated. Thanks
