OFFLINE GIFTS: Offline gifts should be separated; not lump sum Merged

When offline gifts are added to pages or a campaign, it's only a total amount. This in turn does not reflect an accurate number of supporters. This would also make tracking easier for sponsorship and fundraisers who raise a substantial amount of funds offline. Offline gifts should have an option to add them individually as they come in to eliminate any room for errors / double counting gifts.

    All donations are equal - Offline donations should be able to be added, one at a time, and that donation show up in the campaign with name, amount, etc. Off line donors deserve recognition in the same manner as online and editing page with a comment is not the same
