this would also be helpful to keep up leaderboards Even if the data was only an hour old. but a full 24 hours is not helpful for a P2P software.
This is very important for us as well to track fundraising progress. It s frustrating to not be able to get donation details on the day when donation is made.
Not having real-time reporting is such a hindrance to quick donor stewardship - especially of a giving day!
Yes. LIVE reporting would be tremendously helpful. Today is our "Day of Giving" and we have several anonymous gifts and will have no idea who they are from for another 24 hours (I'm told). Frustrating.
Thanks for the suggestion. This is actually something we're actively looking at at present so we'll keep you posted on how that develops. I agree that real time is key to helping you unlock and better support your fundraisers
