Our fundraisers are not happy that they cannot thank the contributors to their efforts in real time. We have had some fundraisers embarrassed and unprepared when a donor has mentioned a gift to them and they were unaware. If a donor chooses not to be public with their name and uses anonymous does not translate to not wanting the fundraiser to know that they contributed to their efforts.
We had this feature in Classy and is making some of our staff question the move.
Create REAL TIME reporting to coordinate with BBMS and NXT. Thank you!
Train the Support staff to know these report days are based on GMT not the customers time zone.
Or better yet state it on the report creating page.

YES PLEASE! This is extremely important to us and I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated it is not currently an option!
