Ability to add offline donor names to the scroll bar in JustGiving fundraising campaigns Merged

Receiving gifts offline and these people want to see their names on the scroll bar. They don't understand why we can't make it happen! In some cases, having their names appear would motivate others to donate. In another case, a donor gave online but somehow missed putting in his name so now it doesn't appear and his gift is anonymous. He was reaching out as a peer fundraiser to help us and it now looks as if he didn't give himself. We need the ability to add names to the scroll bar ASAP! Thank you for our consideration!

Why is this not being addressed, Jamie Parkins? We also need to add offline donations as an administrator.

Where is JustGiving on this offline donations and donor names. I see that people have been mentioning this for almost a year. This is CRITICAL! We have over 100+ donors with over $500k in donations yearly. This is a deal breaker and may force us to find a new alternative.

Thanks for the suggestion and it's certainly one we've heard before so we'll be sure to add it to our review of offline donations.

In regard to your donor who forgot to leave his name he can edit any donation he made on JustGiving. In his donation email receipt from JustGiving there will be a link to edit his donation comment and display name. Feel free to suggest that to him.

    Thanks

    Jamie
