Option to delete "Support Messages" left on campaign donations

We want to ensure that, if an unwholesome message is left, we can remove the message from our campaign donation pages.

Hi Jamie,

We are implementing the software for the first time this week. As such, we have been trying to be proactive. In my conversation w/ customer support, I had been told that deleting comments was not an option. Knowing now that it is, we will be sure to reach out if we have any need for assistance! I greatly appreciate your swift and thorough response.

Hi Katie - we do support that option via our Customer Support team. The count of times this happens is so low that we felt it did not justfiy the development of a feature to enable self service editing/deletion. How often does this problem occur for you?
