Have BBMS payments come into NXT as "credit card" instead of "other"

Other probably made sense in situations where JG processes a gift and cuts a check to the org. But with BBMS, the process is happening on our end of the field and shows up like any other credit card record in our payment gateway. Our data guy is manually running a global process to recategorize these, but even that won't add the credit card details we'd normally get from LO transactions.

    We would also like to see the "Credit Card Holdername", we use this data to update donor's formal names within our system.
