For charities based in Jersey in the Channel Islands could we have an option for people to tick to make a tax reclaim statement? Gift Aid does not apply here and we have our own system whereby we can reclaim tax on donations of £50 or over if the donor makes a declaration. https://www.gov.je/TaxesMoney/IncomeTax/Charities/pages/makingdonation.aspx

There are over 400 charities in the island and they would be much more likely to encourage use of Justgiving with their supporters if there was an option to allow us to reclaim tax on donations.
