Allow for the Option to Remove Soft Credits from Criteria-Based Workflows

I know you can enable or disable soft credits in list-based workflows. However, when you utilize workflows based on when someone makes a donation, it automatically pulls in their soft credit even when they chose not to, which then doubles the number of actions coming from the workflow. It would be great if there were an option, similar to list-based workflows, for criteria-based workflows to allow soft credits to be included or not.
