Ability to change the regularity of payouts

Create a feature where a charity can choose how regularly they would like payouts to be given to them from Just Giving.

Many other companies allow you to have it monthly. This would do a number of things.

1) reduce banking transaction charges.

2) make it simpler to know how much is being raised.

3) would likely make some income for JustGiving, given you'd be holding the funds for a bit longer.

Stripe, Paypal lots of other services give you this control.
