Please allow charities/ donors to amend the amount of regular monthly donations they are making.

We have several donors who give regular monthly donations via Just Giving, some for several years - I want to contact them to ask them to consider increasing their monthly amount which I am sure most of them would BUT there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do it. I am told by your helpdesk that I would need to ask the donor to cancel their existing payment and set up a new one. I can't quite believe that this is the case - it is so behind the times! You don't need to be a professional fundraiser to know this is not good practice and doesn't help increase this income . Donors want things to be easy and I need it to be easy for them!

Am I missing something???
