Chat support notified me that it is not an option to receive email notifications ever time someone donates. With Classy we were always emailed when someone donated and it would be great if this was possible with Just Giving.
Thank you for your suggestion. May I ask, in the scenario where lets say you receive 500 donations in a day. Would you expect to receive 500 emails? Or how would you like to manage such a potential outcome?
