Option to change Individual to Organisation in Gift Management -Needs attention feature

the new "needs attention" box in gift management does not give the option to change new individuals into organisations when the donor has incorrectly set up a company as an individual. At the moment, i have to create as an individual and the open the record in NXT to convert. A simple change on the drop down menu would help save alot of time.
