Allow organizations to turn off the Give a Tip slider

I was quite disheartened to see a tip bar on the Just Giving platform. Being told that the company will cover the costs associated with gifts only to find that a tip bar appears was quite disheartening. This is in addition to finding out the same fees are not covered by Just Giving for campaigns. These are items that should have been disclosed prior to our purchase.

As a donor I was additionally upset that I could not slide the tip bar to 0, rather 10% was the lowest amount available. I have been told that a donor can "If they would not like to give the tip, they would want to select a custom amount and enter 0." Being both a staff member evaluating the system prior to purchasing and setting up the giving page as well as an actual donor testing the payment system I feel duped.

I was making a personal donation using the system and I could not figure out how to select the custom amount to 0, as it was unclear. The last thing we want to do is complicate the giving process, we want to make it easier.

The answer that a donor can adjust the custom amount to 0 is simply not acceptable. We want a seamless transaction experience for our donors and this does not provide that experience. It gives the impression that there is something not above board about the transaction. It has been our experience that our donors are offended by the tip bar and complain.

I have to agree with this - we are unhappy about the tip being added. Whilst I can see that JG are trying to avoid putting charges onto a charity, it is putting people off from making donations.
