We have people giving single and recurring donations via Just Giving. It would be very helpful for us to track the recurring donations separately. That is, we could draw off a report that told us, with date parameters, who was giving regularly, how much, when they started, if and when they stopped, etc. It's much easier for a JG portal to offer both single and recurring donation options as is currently the case. I can select all the regular donations that come with a particular payment, but this would give us the option of monitoring over time, enable us to get in touch with those who have stopped more easily to find out why, encourage them to start donating again, etc. This would remove a considerable administrative burden upon me.
