Allow editing of Donor Information

When donors enter a mispelling and request for it to be updated the current only option is to refund and resubmit a donation.

Also to add, this is for the message that appears on the page that you mentioned, not on their tax receipt which I specifically mentioned.

We are looking for a way to be donor-centric and the ability to do this for them, I appreciate this is available for the donor but there is no way for us to support them in this.
