Publish Campaign Pages Immediately

I'm not sure why this has been happening to me recently, but I'm only able to publish a Charity Campaign page at specific times of the day - according to Support Staff, at UTC-00 midnight.

This is extremely inconvenient, when we need to group our fundraiser pages through one campaign page. With this current setup, we have to allow for our donors to create fundraiser pages and correct it after the fact, and then a day later, give them the correct fundraising creation link.

My request is to give charities the ability to publish a campaign page whenever they need, so that they don't have to do double the work afterwards.
