Ideas Bank

We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

Organizations need to be able to delete comments from our Charity Home Page.

I've been told that this has to be done through JustGiving support with a support ticket; I've also more recently been told that we are stuck with all of the donor comments and they cannot be deleted.

While well-meaning, many of the comments (especially ones from recurring donors that appear again and again, or the ones with typos) look unprofessional. Give us the tools to quickly remove donor comments and messages from our Charity Home Pages.

Even better, allow us to turn off the Comments option entirely!
