Generate automated reports for recurring donors whose credit card is about to expire.

In eTapestry, the credit card details for donors giving monthly via JustGiving does not carry over to eTapestry. For this reason, it is not possible to query for donors who have a credit card expiring that give on JustGiving. It is critical to be able to know well in advance when a donor's credit card is about to expire so charities can get in touch with the donor well before the credit card expires.
