Ability to delete/unlink fundraisers' personal pages

I voted for a similar idea regarding fraudulent pages and I also want to flag pages that are not fraudulent but still need to be unlinked/deleted. For example, one of our participants can no longer participate in an event meaning they can no longer accept donations. I wish I had the ability to refund the donations connected to that page and unlink/delete the page on the back-end immediately after learning about their inability to participate.
