Reflect accurate disbursement amounts of donations made using a different currency in RENXT

Donations in need of currency exchange are processed inaccurately in RENXT which results in having to manually edit all donations made using a different currency in RE. This is a timely and difficult process to track and throws off our reconciliation by $2-$5 which then leads to spending more time looking for donations with a difference of a few cents.
