We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

Charity to edit In Memory page content

Current setting allow us to edit standard fundraising pages to provide prepopulated content, organisational information and images - but for sensitivity reasons these settings don't impact in memory pages.


Having the option to prepopulate these with organisational imagery and copy will inform supporters more about the cause, how their donations will be spent and ensure the information they receive from the organisation is more uniform and less jarring at a difficult time.

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for your feedback. This is an area we are currently reviewing from both sides by providing default content so fundraisers don't feel overwhelmed when creating a page and support consistency of messaging for Non-profit organisations' mission.
