The payment process through bank transfer was long and tortured. Firstly the code sent to my phone didn't come.. twice! Then not only did I have to put in my pin number, my special bank code and my secret password. I also had to find my card reader and fiddle about with that. There has to be a shorter process than this. I only continued with my payment through bloody-minded persistence while shouting at my laptop but I can tell you that you are 100% losing donations from less patient people than me and I'm sure there are lots more out there
