Ideas Bank

We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.

Each Fundraiser's "Your page will stop taking donations on" date should default to the End Date of the event they are fundraising for

When a charity creates a Campaign/Event with a specific End Date, the "stop taking donations on" date for all fundraisers should default to the same End Date. (Currently fundraisers can continue to accept donations for as long as they want, regardless of Event End Date, resulting in difficult post-event financial reconciliation.)

    Hi Erin,

By default fundraising pages created for an event are set up to expire 6 months after the event date. This is intended to give fundraisers some time after the event to complete their fundraising.

Page owners can decide to keep their page open for longer if needed, or close it early.

For the events you are organising, you could request a different default expiry date by contacting our support team.

    I hope this helps.

    Axel (from JG)
