We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

Allow PayPal, Venmo and digital wallets when processing through BBMS.

Because this functionality is not available, I will have to use two different tools for our giving day. We want to capture the audience that would like the ease of giving in these ways. We want to thermometer feature in JustGiving.

    Yes, this should be standard in allowing the same payment options we already have set up for BBMS. More and more donors want to give through PayPal and Venmo instead of just credit card. Please add ASAP! :)

    Hello thanks for your comment. This is one of the critical and key pieces of work we are looking into at the moment and hopeful to bring into implementation next year. We understand that is frustrating using two different tools for your causes and we are committed to building features to improve this in the future, especially around payment methods and reporting.
