Option for reoccurring monthly donations for ongoing campaigns

There are some campaigns that charities will run on an ongoing basis, orphan sponsorship for example. There should be an option for campaigns to receive monthly donations. If a campaign has monthly donations enabled, these campaigns cannot be deleted until all associated direct debits are cancelled, or without the intervention of the JustGiving team.


This will allow our charity to direct donors to specific campaign pages and ask for monthly donations. We have shelter projects that we have been running on an ongoing basis for numerous years and having a dedicated campaign page that can receive reoccurring monthly donations would be useful!
