We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.

Allow Administrators the ability to input a name that was accidentally entered as Anonymous and vice versa.

We recently had 2 donations given to a fundraiser and the donor was wanted to have his name listed. It was unclear to the donor how he ended up being listed as Anonymous. Either include more instructions for the donor on the donation page or allow Administrators to enter the name.

    Hi Lori,

    The donor can make this change themselves by editing their donation. In each emailed donatin receipt we include a link to go and edit their donation comment and this includes the ability to change their name from Anonymous.
