Add tax receipt feature

Very disappointed to learn that JustGiving does not issue tax receipts to donors and that organizations are required to send tax receipts separately. One of the main benefits of a P2P platform is that the tax receipts are taken care of by them which is lacking in JustGiving! This is very important for us. Please consider adding this feature or make it optional so the organizations can choose if donors get tax receipts or not.
