We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas. 

Send copy of thank you email to email of my choosing

When a donor receives an email acknowledgement of their gift, we would like to receive a copy that is stored on our email server (donations@...). That way, if we need to reference it we have it. This functionality is available on OLX and other BB products. Would like to have it extended here.

    Thank you for the feedback. This is not a feature we currently support but for our Canadian non profits - due to local policy - we allow you to generate on demand any historical donation receipt. The charity can search for the donation by donor email or reference.

    It is something we're exploring making available to other countries that we support.
