Give us the ability to disable GIVE NOW and orange Start Fundraising buttons

Certain campaigns do not jive on the JG platform if we're unable to disable the Give Now button at the top (letting $$ accidentally hit the main pot instead of adding towards fundraisers totals).

Same problem if we are unable to disable the orange Start Fundraising button if we want to prevent campaigns from adding additional fundraisers / set the fundraisers to only certain people.
