Field needed on JG reports Merged

When a donor gives on JG, they are able to be listed as anonymous or in any other way they'd like. We need to be provided with that information within the donation report (i.e. create a field which includes this information). It helps when trying to be sure gifts are credited to the proper fundraiser in our donor database.
