It would be helpful in instances where a user cannot reset their account password for Charity Admins to have the ability to reset it form them, even if it was a tempoaray password the user would need to immediately replace with a permanent one.
I think in that case, for now it's not something we'll support at present. I'd rather we look at why the user cannot successfully manage this step themselves and address those directly.
