YES!!! Just Giving has way too many limitations from an organizational admin point of view. The alternative is to purchase another piece of software/program that will allow these "no brainer" functions. For nonprofits, it's hard to justify spending thousands of dollars additionally each year for software that makes sense instead of things like Just Giving simply functioning with a common sense perspective for organizations trying to raise money.
This would be great - some way to help people with the sign up process by setting up the page for them would be so much easier than having to do tech support over the phone!
The main population of people we serve have an intellectual disability. Being able to set a page up for them, would really help them get started. Adding a backend setup option would really make our worflow easier.
