Be able to move donations from the general campaign page to an individual page

People make mistakes (sending or posting the wrong url) and we want these donations to count toward their goal no matter what. Having a way to move a donation or apply it to a personal page goal would be so helpful given all the human error that goes with people setting up their pages and communicating!

    I have this exact issue today and no way to correct it. Blackbaud actually told me to issue a refund and have the donor redo their gift. That makes no sense and is not a donor focused solution at all. The Administrator of the campaign should be able to make these corrections.
