There is a very helpful option to retroactively connect individual giving pages to a campaign. However if these individuals are part of a team, the team cannot be retroactively connected to the campaign.

If companies, sponsors, or group set up a Team Page and do not follow directions to connect their team to the campaign, the Team cannot be connected to the campaign. The peer-to-peer giving campaigns are often made up of teams, part of the draw to fundraise is being able to do it with a team. When teams cannot be connected to the campaign (due to mistakes or whatever in set up), the individuals may be less likely to continue fundraising when their team cannot be carried over to the campaign.
