Delete "Ghost Pages" in campaign. If a page has been deleted it appears as a ghost page on the team and in the list of participants with no donate link. Please give ability to delete these ghost pages. They are confusing when people are looking up participants to sponosr

Potential sponsors are getting confused with the dead pages that appear in the campaign once a participant has deleted their page. People have deleted pages as they made them by mistake, and then remade them, the original page then appears as a Ghost page in teams and on the campaign participants list. Please allow for them to be removed
