Email notification of gift to charity

The charity does not get a notification of a new gift. This makes it hard to thank a donor personally

We can set uo notifications on donation forms when a gift is made, that should also be an option in Just Giving. We either have to check Gift Management in NXT or go to the Campaign in Just Giving to see if a gift is made, and those are extra steps that do not need to be taken!

It is so easy to not see donations if no notification isn't sent. Completely support receiving donation notifications when someone donates on Just Giving.
