Require "confirm password" field

Require a “confirm password” field when creating an account. Right now, fundraisers only need to enter their password once, and it’s hidden unless someone clicks “unhide” to check that their entry is correct. I’ve had two fundraisers that have reached out so far who had to reset their password because it was entered incorrectly the first time. It caused some issues because the password reset email was blocked by their company’s email server or sent to junk mail.

    Hello Tara,

    We've tested our approach to this and know that adding an extra field has an impact on the number of users that go on to complete the sign up form and therefore the number of people that go on to fundraise or donate. Our password reset journey rightly looks at the user's email and has no view on the password. Our email team do keep an eye on spam reports though so I'll be sure to let them know that this has been an issue in your case. Thanks
