NXT integration - import Donor Message

An improvement for the NXT integration: we would like to import the "Donor Message" on JG gifts as gift note in NXT. It would be nice if this were part of the NXT integration, instead of having to do a manual import in RE DBV.

    Hi Kathy, we now import the donor message as a gift attribute alongside the fundraiser and fundraising page URL.
